I am seeking some help from the residents of the Yelm area. I am working with a group, Flags of Valor, from the St. Louis area that recently conducted a memorial to the soldiers who have given their life in service to this country since the 9/11 attack on the United States 20 years ago.
The memorial consisted of over 7,000 U.S. flags to symbolize the lives lost in service since the attack. Our current goal is to deliver the flag used in the memorial to a family member of the respective fallen soldier.
I am trying to contact a family member of Keith Adam Coe who was killed in Iraq on April 27, 2010. I know from obituary information that Coe left behind a wife, Katrina Coe, and children. At the time of his death, I believe she was living in the Yelm area.
I am seeking any information that might help me in this search. I realize this is an unusual request, but these soldiers made the ultimate sacrifice, and we feel that should not be forgotten. I can be reached by phone or text at 217-473-3734 or email at dankallal@hotmail.com.
