Windermere Real Estate burglarized

Yelm Police Officers responded to reports of burglary at 9 a.m. on Tuesday, May 28, at Windermere Real Estate. Upon arrival, Windermere representatives informed officers that an unknown person had broken into the office.

According to police reports, several cabinets were wide open, and bank documents were missing, along with a hard drive and a notary book. 

Windermere representatives informed police that there’s no surveillance of the break-in at their office location, according to reports. 

Theft shoplifting at Shell

Yelm police officers responded to a call around 1:40 p.m. on Wednesday, May 29, at the Yelm Shell Station, located at 706 Yelm Ave. E., after an alleged incident of shoplifting. According to police reports, the suspect stole $16 of merchandise after swiping four Kratom shots from the station.

The suspect arrived at the station in a white sedan, similar to a Honda Accord, according to reports. 

There is probable cause for charges of third-degree theft. 

Residential burglary near Crystal Springs Rd NW

Yelm Police Officers responded to reports of a residential burglary near Crystal Springs Road Northwest around 4:30 p.m. on Friday, May 31. 

According to police reports, there was suspected forced entry at the residence due to damage to the front door. The reports added that possessions from around the property’s acreage were stolen. The police reports added that there are no suspects.
