Municipal Court Clerk Donni Burnham was named the City of Yelm’s Employee of the Quarter during a Yelm City Council meeting on Tuesday, Jan. 24.
Burnham, who was honored for the final quarter of 2022, was joined by her father, husband, and family for the special presentation during the city council meeting. She has worked for the City of Yelm since 2017.
“She was an incredible addition to our team at the time and even more so today. She is motivated, positively engaged and a true inspiration,” Mayor Joe DePinto said during the meeting. “She tackles every task with a graceful determination, and is a hard worker who always goes the extra mile.”
DePinto added that Burnham’s customer service work with the court and passport customers has been superb. He concluded by saying Burnham is an inspirational employee and noted the City of Yelm is fortunate to employ her.
