Tenino’s Kami Oliveira Signs with SPSCC

After a standout season with the Tenino girls soccer team this fall, Beaver senior Kami Oliveira signed to play at the next level with South Puget Sound Community College Monday afternoon.

The senior earned first team all-league this season after leading the Beavers in goals and assists, and was also a key contributor as a junior at the wing and forward.

“Kami is a hard worker who quietly leads by example,” Beavers coach Dave Montgomery said. “She’s become a student of the game as well. She manages the boys soccer team here at THS but is always willing to jump into a drill or absorb the information that the coaches are conveying to the boys.

“She's an exciting pick up for SPSCC as she can give them a forward who has improved her passing ability as an attacking mid this last year and she's always a threat on set pieces. I expect her to get plenty of goals and set up her teammates the next two years with the Clippers.”
