The City of Roy is hosting its second annual Roy Santa Parade at 7 p.m., Saturday, Dec. 9. The parade will travel around Warren Street and James Street, and there will be a stage by Roy Pioneer Rodeo. Santa Claus will be in attendance to pass out candy canes and take pictures.
