The Thurston County Auditor’s Office Elections Division will conduct a random audit of the Feb. 10 special election on Thursday, Feb. 12, to demonstrate the accuracy of the tabulation equipment.
The general public is welcome to observe the audit from the observer corridor in Ballot Processing Center at 2905 29th Ave. SW in Tumwater. The audit begins at 9 a.m.
Official observers appointed by the county Democratic and Republican parties will be on hand during the audit.
