Sixteen members of the Rainier High School cross country team were honored during an assembly Friday, Nov. 8 as they are headed to Pasco for the state championships. Both teams qualified for state for the first time in program history.
The girls will compete at 9:30 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 9 at Sun Willows Golf Course in Pasco, while the boys' race will begin at 11:30 a.m.
