Occupants in Crash Extricated, Transported to Area Hospitals Following Crash in Rainier

First responders were dispatched to a crash in the 14300 block of state Route 507 in Rainier to extricate the occupants of the vehicles who were later transported to area hospitals.

At around 12:25 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 4, Southeast Thurston Fire Authority, Lacey Fire and South Thurston Fire responded to the accident.

“Crews arrived on scene to multiple vehicles with extensive damage and entrapment,” stated SE Thurston Fire Authority in a social media post. “Patients were successfully extricated and transported ALS to local area hospitals.”



The cause of the collision had not been determined at the time of the post.

SE Thurston Fire Authority asked drivers to “please keep eyes on the road at all times and stay aware of road conditions.”
