Yelm High School’s baseball team will celebrate senior day prior to its 4 p.m. matchup against the Puyallup Vikings on Friday, April 25, at Yelm High School’s baseball field.

Olympia Arts Walk
The Spring Arts Walk features the Earthbound Productions presentation of the Procession of the Species Celebration, along with artists, makers and performers showcasing art of all forms at more than 100 neighboring business locations, transforming downtown Olympia into a bustling hub of creativity.

507 Taproom’s six-year anniversary
Yelm’s 507 Taproom, located 608 E. Yelm Ave, will celebrate its six-year anniversary of being in business and its three-year anniversary of being at the 608 Yelm Ave. location from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Saturday, April 26. The tap room and restaurant will have two new drink releases, a can release, new merchandise and several raffles throughout the day.

Wildfire Ready Event
The Southeast Thurston Fire Authority hosts its first-ever Wildfire Ready Event on Saturday, April 26, at Yelm Community Center. The free event runs from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Attendees will learn tips on wildfire preparedness. Food will be available for purchase. A kids’ bounce house will also be on-site.

Ro’Ro’s Disco: Raise for Rowyn 2025 auction celebration



Raise for Rowyn will host Ro’Ro’s Disco at 5:30 p.m. Saturday, April 26, inside the Great Wolf Lodge in Centralia. The event features a disco theme and will include live and silent auctions, along with music, dancing and entertainment. Tickets for the event can be purchased at www.givebutter.com/RFRAuction.

Nisqually Valley Spring Expo 2025
The Yelm Area Chamber of Commerce hosts the Nisqually Valley Spring Expo Saturday, April 26, and Sunday, April 27 at Yelm Middle School. The event will run from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. both days. Yelm’s premiere home improvement trade show features 100 vendors.

Murder at the Short Stump Saloon
Standing Room Only Theater will present its annual murder mystery game from 6:30 to 9 p.m. on Friday, May 2, at Farrelli’s Pizza in Yelm. Tickets cost $70 for dinner, dessert, non-alcoholic beverages and a show. Tickets can be purchased online at www.SROTheater.org.
