Lacey Fireworks Spectacular
The annual Lacey Fireworks Spectacular features live entertainment, rides, face painting and, of course, a night of fireworks. The free festival is located at Rainier Vista Community Park and goes from 4 to 11 p.m. Fireworks begin at 10 p.m.

Yelm Farmers Market
The Yelm Farmers Market will continue its series of weekly sales from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, July 5, near Yelm City Park at 206 McKenzie Ave. The event will feature a variety of vendors local to Yelm and the region.
Shiplap Street Fest
The Shiplap Shop and Coffee House will host “Shiplap Street Fest” beginning at 11 a.m. on Saturday, July 5 at 112 Yelm Ave E. The event will include live music, a car show, vendors, food trucks and more.

Movies in the Park: “Trolls Band Together”
Yelm Lions Club’s “Movies in the Park” series will continue at 5 p.m. on Saturday, July 12 at Longmire Park for the showing of “Trolls Band Together.” Vendors, concessions and activities will begin at 5 p.m., and the movie’s showtime is set for 9:10 p.m., according to Yelm Lions Club’s website.

Tenino’s Young-At-Heart theater group will kick off Oregon Trail Days in Tenino at 7 p.m. on Thursday, July 24 at Tenino High School with a performance of “The Little Mermaid.”

Tenino Oregon Trail Days
Spanning from Friday, July 25 to Sunday, July 27, Tenino’s Oregon Trail Days will return and offer community members numerous activities to enjoy. Throughout the day on Friday, July 25, participants can enjoy a WAMS Rock and Gem Rendezvous and many other activities such as a flag ceremony by the VFW Post 5878 at 10 a.m., a quilt show in the Quarry House from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., and food, arts and craft vendors.

Eighth annual Jazz in the Park
Night one of the annual Jazz in the Park event is scheduled from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 1, and Saturday, Aug. 2 at Yelm City Park. The free event welcomes attendees to enjoy a relaxing evening with live jazz performances, and several food vendors to enjoy. Night two of the event will take place from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 2, at the same location.
Tuesday, Aug. 5
National Night Out
The City of Yelm, in collaboration with Yelm Police Department, will host its annual “National Night Out” event from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 5 at Yelm City Park. The event intends to build community between attendees and local law enforcement. Admission is free.
