Yes, it is time to sue the city. Michael Grayum has done this before, on the taxpayers dime and will do it again. Michael Grayum is a political operative that has ruined careers, and will continue to do so if something is not done. These women may have a tough time finding other employment if the results of the outside investigation are published in the newspaper and Grayum is not held accountable for his actions. Without the intervention of the courts, they will not be made whole.

Unfortunately, the way to effect change in government is often through the courts.

JW Foster’s administration ends with a scandal and possible lawsuit. Unfortunate. The man had good intentions. The road to hell is paved with good intentions.
