The project is located in the R6 zone in the City of Yelm. The City has reviewed the proposed project for probable adverse environmental impacts and expects to issue a Determination of Non-Significance for this project. The City has determined the application to be complete on 1/30/2024 and the public comment period will close 5 p.m. 2/22/2024.
