Pursuant to Chapter 89.08 RCW, to pursue a System of Rates and Charges for Thurston Conservation District, on properties in those portions of Unincorporated Thurston County, Municipalities of Lacey, Olympia, and Tumwater and those portions of the Municipalities of Rainier, Tenino, and Yelm within the Thurston Conservation District boundaries established in 1948, for collection in 2025-2034.
